Does the carrier come with a battery or a power bank for the fan and light?

No, a power bank is not included. For your pet’s safety, it’s designed to be powered by your own power bank via the external USB port. Please note: A connecting cable of at least 10 inches is recommended.

Why does my fan keep stopping and starting?

Please ensure your power bank is fully charged and the USB cable is secure at both ends. Our fans are factory-tested to work reliably with a stable power source. If the issue continues, please let our Gardner Pet team know so we can help.

My cat/dog is about 15 lbs. Will it fit? How do I make sure I choose the right size?

Fits pets up to 20 lbs, but for the best fit, dimensions are more important than weight. Please measure your seated pet: they should be under 17″ in height (floor to head) and 11″ in width.
